I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki therapist/teacher who is passionate about helping others overcome their issues and improve their quality of life using very powerful and positive therapies.

I work with a mixture of Hypnosis, Talking Therapy, NLP and Energy and fully qualified in all of these. I'm also a member of the NCH and CNHC Professional bodies and adhere to their ethical procedures and standards. Every client will be treated with the highest regard, confidentiality and in a totally non-judgmental way. I see each person as a unique individual who deserves to live a happy and fulfilled life.

I have undergone further hypnotherapy training to work with families and children and past life regressions. I also have had experience working with young people with aspberger, autism and ADHD.

For almost 30 years I've worked as a reiki teacher and therapist, using my higher consciousness to connect with energies. This gives me a better understanding on how to approach situations so I can more easily help people in a way that supports their highest good.
