Phobias and Fears
Phobias are irrational fears and are also known as anxiety disorders. When they start to interfere your everyday life and happiness it can be a worthwhile making a decision to do something about it.
There are 2 main types of phobia: Simple phobias and Complex phobias. Simple phobias are fear of specific objects such as snakes, spiders, dogs, heights or enclosed areas. People react to these specific phobias to different degrees of fear, the worst ending in a total panic attack.
Complex phobias: These phobias are usually more debilitating and cause a greater negative impact on a person's life. Complex phobias include traveling on public transport, being in crowded places or leaving your home.
